Lisa Nelson is an executive leader with extensive experience in leadership roles within financial services. She brings global expertise in corporate strategy, post M&A integration, change management, governance and cultivating client partnerships to Boards and C-suite executives. Lisa co-founded KWT Advisory and serves as President offering market insights, strategy creation & execution, operating model development, social impact programs, mentoring and pricing strategy. Projects have spanned SME engagements with asset management and global consulting practices as well as Fintech advisory.
Prior to this, Lisa championed operational leadership roles in her 24 years at ICAP; an interdealer broker servicing the largest global banks, investment banks and financial organizations across the spectrum of financial instruments. This led to a broad portfolio of responsibilities as the company was evolving including two Board positions, $800+ million P&L management, business development, organizational restructuring and strategic planning. She restructured global business units and steered the business through numerous transformations and acquisitions. Transformations involved the migration to hybrid and electronic execution, data monetization, process improvement, operational consolidation and cost reduction. She managed the integration of numerous acquisitions across the US and Latin America. Throughout her career, Lisa supported the execution of strategic change management, governance and served as a driver of corporate ethics and culture.
