Hilary is an innovative and experienced leader and advisor with over twenty years of experience in financial services and fintech.
Most recently, Hilary was the CEO and Co-Founder of LMRKTS, an IFC-backed capital optimization company which reduced over 20 trillion USD of foreign exchange notional equivalent from the balance sheets of the world’s largest banks. As such, she has experience with all phases of startup development from conception, to fundraising, to growth, and ultimately to exit and post M&A transition. Prior to LMRKTS, she worked as a proprietary trader and credit analyst at both investment banks and hedge funds. With a background in math, programming, foreign language and fine arts, she offers a unique approach to problem solving and as well as an ability to distill complex technical problems into their fundamentals to facilitate communication with specialists and generalists alike.
